From Concept to Completion in 6 easy steps.
01. Consultation
We’ll meet with you regarding the project and detail request all relevant specifications at this point.
02. Create Plans & Renders
Based on everything we know at this point and what has been agreed upon, our architects & artists get to work right away.
03. Layout the Process
An extensive Scope of Work document is created. This will map out the entire step-by-step process we will take to complete your project, including specifications like plumbing, electrical, foundation, framing, roofing, and more.
04. Detail Budget
At the end of the Scope of Work will be your detailed items worksheet, this shows the price allowance breakdown for individual items. This will help you understand the total cost of your project.
05. Review & Proposal Meeting
Let’s pull everything together and review your plans based on everything we have gone over so far. Once you are completely satisfied with the designs and every aspect of your project, you have the option to move forward with us as your contractor.
06. Final Steps & Finishing Touches
Once the construction is done and the project is complete, we will set up a final inspection to be sure everything is to your satisfaction. Our interior designer will also be able to assist you with interior decorating and details after the construction is complete.
